Passionate about training tomorrow's hotel owners and after spending the last 15 years honing his skills at some of the finest hotels around the world. Tim has decided to channel his experience of running a large-scale hotel kitchen and Michelin-starred restaurant into meaningful life skills training. Based in the beautiful city of Nakuru - World-renowned Executive chef Tim Kairu leads our culinary and event management administration and is a key member of our East African regional team.


Manoj Bhatnagar

Recently voted as one of the Top 10 Business Leaders in Abu Dhabi, Manoj is a well regarded expert in Hospitality Tech and IT systems. Dividing his time between India and the UAE, he oversees all tech and IT related content in our courses. Manoj is also our partner in the GCC and Indian Sub-Continent regions.
